What is the University of Colorado Student Union?

The University of Colorado Student Union (UCSU) is the student government for the University of Colorado at Boulder, but it is not your average high school student council. UCSU creates, implements, and oversees a $34 million budget generated by student fees and other revenue, for the operation of several costs centers and student services. UCSU also serves as the liaison between the student body and various university administrators and community organizations. It has three branches governed by the student-adopted Constitution: executive, legislative, and judicial.
