Every time you use your ECO Mug, RHRC or any thermal mug, you are reducing garbage and saving cash. 

Originally called CUPPS, the CUPPS (Cannot Use Paper, Plastic or Styrofoam) program was started by CU Environmental Center, UCSU (University of Colorado Student Union) and RHRC in 1986 to increase environmental awareness and encourage waste reduction here at CU.

In 2005, the design of the mug was changed and the name was changed to The ECO Mug. 

When you use a reusable mug  you reduce the number of disposable cups produced as well as the amount of solid waste disposed of in the landfill. At the same time you are saving money on food and drinks across campus and throughout Boulder.
